Sociologists say that environment determines the decision to become an entrepreneur while psychologists like to claim that it’s all about the personal qualities of people. It turned out that entrepreneurs differ markedly from non-entrepreneurs in their personal qualities. They have a very different system of values. As a rule, entrepreneurs are more optimistic and much more serious about work. They have a much stronger competitive spirit than other people. For many of them, doing business is a kind of sport. And like in every sport, the main goal is to score as many points as possible.
